Sabine Neidhardt has been working as a lawyer since 1984. Together with Prof. Matthias Prinz, she founded our firm in 1985. Since then, Mrs Neidhardt has been concentrating on family law and inheritance law and has been awarded the occupational title “certified solicitor for family law” by the Bar Association of Hamburg in 1997. She co-authored a practical guide to family law („Praxishandbuch für Familienrecht”) which was published by C.H. Beck Verlag.
Mrs Neidhardt is the head of the family law department of our firm and the contact for all questions of divorce law, family law and inheritance law. Mrs Neidhardt enjoys taking care of her clients prior to them getting married. Her special passion is the drafting of topical, innovative and tax-compliant marriage contracts.
