Dr. Nina Lüssmann studied law at the University of Hamburg focusing on media law. She spent her legal traineeship inter alia at the civil division 24 („press chamber“) of the District Court of Hamburg and at the Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Montreal. Subsequently, she obtained her Dr. jur. with a thesis on „Personality Rights and Comedy“. She started her career as company lawyer at Deutschen Grammophon, before she came to Prinz Neidhardt Engelschall in 2009, where she focused on providing media counsel and legal representation to individual clients. In 2018, together with Prof. Dr. Matthias Prinz LL.M and Dr. Volker Perten LL.M. she founded Prinz Lüssmann Perten Registered Partnership mbB. She leads the department „Reputation Management Individual Clients“ and acts for national as well as international clients.
