European Union Data Representative Services

We offer the service as an European Union Representative for third country companies.

Since the EU-Law GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) came into force in 2018, we have advised numerous companies on this matter and gained professional expertise.

If your company is from a non-EU country and has customers within the EU, offering them goods or services, without having a branch office in the EU, you are obliged to appoint a legal representative in accordance with Article 27 of the GDPR. Infringements lead up to high fines.

The representative’s role is to ensure that the company complies with the GDPR by enabling communication with individuals and supervisory data protection authorities. He serves as a point of contact for any questions relating to the processing of data.

We offer a team of expert lawyers with in-depth experience of working with EU regulators and advising on privacy compliance projects. For an easy communication we have set up an US office for our US clients. For our service we offer fixed monthly package pricing depending on the size of your company.
