We carefully check whether your desired trademark is feasible, or whether it violates absolute or relative grounds for refusal; we then register it for you throughout Germany and Europe. In cooperation with our partner law firms, we also carry out trademark applications in select countries, such as the United States.

In the event of trademark infringements, a warning letter is an effective means of taking action. Furthermore, we obtain preliminary injunctions, advise you out of court or represent you in proceedings before the German Patent and Trademark Office, the European Union Intellectual Property Office and in court.
